The product arrived without any damage. It has plenty of room to store passport, airline tickets, money, credit cards, coins, pen, etc. Has pocket on the outside for quick access. Pouch has zipper inside to store coins, keys, etc. as well as a zipper to close the the whole pouch. Size fits into my hand and backpack nicely. Does have a place on the corner on one of the inside flaps that was mis-stiched.
